Mrs. Sangita Patil is a qualified yoga instructor and yoga therapist. and entrepreneur 7+ years of experience in training. That path led her to her first yoga class in 2014 when she was facing Bone density Problems where she fell in love with the yoga practice.
Sangita Patil is known for bringing yoga to modern-day life in a genuine way through her intelligent sequencing, clear instruction, and engaging sense of humor
On a mission to make tools for mental, emotional, and physical health accessible for all.
She has completed Diploma-Yoga Teacher Training, BA-Yogashastra also Masters in Yogashastra she Certified trainer in Weightless Trainer, Reiki, Garbha Sanskar Training, she won Best Yoga Teacher at State level at 2017 and awarded by Yoga Awareness and Training program for COVID-19 Patients.
Her approach to guiding regular self-care embodies a playfulness, wisdom, and humor that breaks barriers amidst wellness culture and encourages all shapes and personalities to the mat.
My mission is to spread health consciousness and offer holistic health to everyone on the planet.
We consider that a person’s physical, mental, emotional, socioeconomic, and spiritual well-being are all interrelated.
